Procedures |
1.
A deposit of 20% is required for trip reservation;
2. 30% of the total tour price must be paid 90 days
prior to the departure date; and
3. The total balance due must be paid 60 days prior
to the departure date.
These payment procedures are intended to be general
guidelines. They may not apply under certain circumstances.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns you
may have regarding the payment timeline above or about

we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues. |

| Cancelation
and Reimbursements Policy |
1.
Tours cancelled up to 90 days before the departure date
will be refunded in full;
2. Tours cancelled 89 to 60 days prior to the departure
date will be charged a $50.00 service fee per person;
3. Tours cancelled 59 to 26 days prior to the departure
date will be charged 50% of the total trip cost; and
4. Tours cancelled 25 days, or less, prior to the departure
date will be charged the entire trip cost.
